Show off Wednesday’s dark, minimalist aesthetic with this black bucket hat from Karactermania. Available in a one-size-fits-all adult size with a head circumference of 55 cm, this fabric accessory echoes the understated visual style associated with Wednesday Addams and can easily complement a casual outfit or a collection dedicated to the series.
Entirely black, the bucket hat features a large white ‘W’ on the front, contrasting with the dark fabric. Its deliberately minimalist design makes a direct reference to the name ‘Wednesday’, without overloading the design with patterns, to maintain a look faithful to the gothic and monochrome aesthetic associated with the character.
Made from cotton, this style features the classic bucket hat shape with a soft crown and a circular, topstitched brim. Lightweight and comfortable to wear, it is an officially licensed Wednesday accessory suitable for both everyday wear and an outfit inspired by the series’ universe.
Wednesday Addams is the daughter of Morticia and Gomez Addams and one of the most iconic members of the Addams family. In the series *Wednesday*, she is portrayed as a particularly intelligent, sarcastic teenager with a fascination for the macabre, whose aloof and independent personality stands in stark contrast to the social conventions around her.
After facing several difficulties at mainstream schools, Mercredi joins the mysterious Nevermore Academy, a school for young people with special abilities, attended by werewolves, vampires, mermaids and gorgons, amongst others. Her own parents studied there before her. Once there, Wednesday quickly finds herself caught up in a series of mysterious events and conducts her own investigations.
Her appearance is strongly associated with dark colours, black outfits and a deliberately austere gothic aesthetic. The minimalist design of this Karactermania cap captures this visual identity precisely, combining an entirely black background with a simple white ‘W’ – a direct reference to Wednesday.
