History and background of the model
Created by the legendary duo William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the world of Tom and Jerry began in 1940 and has become an essential reference in the history of animated film. The character of Nibbles made his first appearance in 1946 in the short film The Milky Waif. This little grey mouse, orphaned and perpetually wearing a nappy, was entrusted to Jerry, who had to protect her from the insatiable cat Tom. Greedy, intrepid and often speaking with a pronounced French accent, Nibbles brings a knowing and comical dimension to the franchise's famous chases.
Produced by Funko, this figurine is inspired by the Tom & Jerry Gokko themed collection, ideal for reuniting this adorable mouse with his long-time sidekick.
