History and background of the model
Created by the legendary duo William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the world of Tom and Jerry began in 1940 and has become an essential reference in the history of animated film. The character of Tom (full name Thomas) is an anthropomorphic blue-grey house cat whose life is punctuated by a constant obsession: capturing Jerry the mouse. Despite his many strategists, his physical strength and the use of complex traps, his naivety and his opponent's cunning invariably lead to spectacular and comical failures.
Produced by Funko, this figurine is part of the Tom & Jerry Gokko themed collection, ideal for reuniting this adorable cat with his lifelong accomplice in your window displays.
