Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the fantastical and dangerous world of Elfhame, Oak is a young prince raised away from court for his own safety by his elder sister Jude Duarte. Although he is the rightful heir to the Green Throne, he prefers to disguise his ambitions as a frivolous, charming young man who enjoys the pleasures of life. Now a young adult, however, he embarks on a perilous quest to the North in search of a magical artefact capable of breaking a terrible curse. To succeed, he must ally himself with and manipulate Suren (Wren), the savage queen of the Court of Fangs, who happens to be his old childhood friend. This figurine from the Pop! Books collection celebrates the duality, magnetism and heroic destiny of this key character in modern fantasy literature.
