SUPER SONICO – Newly Drawn Costume – BiCute Bunnies Figurine, 30 cm

Discover Super Sonico in this ‘Newly Drawn Costume’ version from FuRyu’s BiCute Bunnies collection. Standing approximately 30 cm tall, this figurine depicts Nitroplus’s famous mascot in a new take on the bunny girl outfit, whilst retaining the character’s iconic visual elements.

Super Sonico is depicted in a predominantly black and white outfit, consisting of a form-fitting costume paired with the long rabbit ears characteristic of the range. The opening at the front of the top is shaped like a butterfly, whilst the fishnet tights reinforce the distinctive aesthetic of the BiCute Bunnies figurines. Her long pink hair and headphones ensure the character’s identity remains instantly recognisable despite this alternative outfit.

Measuring approximately 30 cm and standing upright, this figurine makes a striking display piece. It can be displayed on its own or alongside the many other Super Sonico versions available in the BiCute Bunnies range, including variations featuring different colours and costume themes.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Super Sonico is a character created for Nitroplus, originally used as the mascot for the NITRO SUPER SONIC music event. Her success subsequently led to her becoming a character in her own right, featured in numerous merchandise items, video games and animated works, notably SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation.

In her universe, Sonico juggles several activities: she is studying, works as a model and is also dedicated to music. She is the singer and guitarist in the band First Astronomical Velocity (Daiichi Uchuu Sokudo), alongside Suzu Fujimi and Fuuri Watanuki.

Her appearance is instantly recognisable thanks to her long pink hair and, above all, the headphones she wears almost constantly. This visual identity has served as the basis for a vast number of variations and costumes over the years. The ‘Newly Drawn Costume’ version from the BiCute Bunnies range continues this tradition by offering a new bunny girl outfit whilst retaining the character’s iconic features.
