Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Originating from the depths of theUpside Down World, the Demogorgon is the first nightmarish creature to cross the accidentally opened rift in Hawkins' secret laboratory. This implacable predator, guided by its sense of smell and attracted by blood, stalks its prey by travelling from one dimension to another, spreading terror and death throughout the small Indiana town. With no eyes but exceptional hearing, he obeys the hive mind of the MindFlayer. This special version in the colours of the Rift illustrates the supernatural and destructive energy that emanates from the dimensional rips, reminding us of the permanent danger hanging over Hawkins and the fight waged by Eleven and his friends to close these apocalyptic accesses.
