Character background and universe (Lore)

Stitch, also known as Experiment 626, is one of the most iconic characters in the Disney universe. Artificially created by the alien scientist Jumba Jookiba, he was originally designed to be extremely resilient, intelligent and, above all, particularly destructive.

After escaping and ending up in Hawaii, Stitch meets Lilo Pelekai, a young girl who mistakes him for a strange dog and decides to adopt him. This encounter gradually transforms his behaviour and his view of the world.

Through his time with Lilo and her sister Nani, Stitch discovers the concept of ‘ohana’ – family in the broadest sense – and gradually learns to overcome his original programming to become a loyal and affectionate companion.

This set of 12 erasable markers brings the colourful and endearing world of Stitch to life in a practical stationery item, designed to accompany everyday activities.
