STEINS;GATE – Suzuha Amane, Mayuri Shiina & Kurisu Makise ‘Swimsuit Ver.’ – Set of 3 1/7-scale figurines
This set of 1/7 scale figurines brings together three iconic characters from STEINS;GATE: Kurisu Makise, Mayuri Shiina and Suzuha Amane. Produced by Solarain and distributed by Good Smile Company, the three heroines are depicted here in summer outfits, centred around a shared theme of a day by the water.
Each character is posed in a way that reflects her personality. Kurisu strikes a calm and slightly aloof pose, wearing a light-coloured swimsuit paired with her iconic red tie. She is holding a bottle of fizzy drink and is accompanied by a large translucent rubber ring. Mayuri, on the other hand, strikes a particularly cheerful pose: with one leg raised, she holds a large green Upa above her head whilst wearing a summer hat and an outfit consisting of a swimsuit top and blue shorts.
Suzuha completes the scene with a much more energetic demeanour. Wearing a blue swimsuit with a sporty design featuring various straps and belts, she is holding a water pistol as if she were about to engage in an impromptu battle. This pose directly reflects her feisty nature whilst fitting in with the light-hearted, summery theme of the whole illustration.

Character background and universe (Lore)
STEINS;GATE was originally a visual novel in the Science Adventure series, developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus. The plot follows a group of friends based in Akihabara who accidentally discover a way to send information back in time. What begins as a series of unusual experiments quickly takes on a much more serious dimension when changes to the timeline lead to unforeseen consequences.
Kurisu Makise is a particularly brilliant young neuroscientist. Although rational and sceptical by nature, she nevertheless becomes one of the key members of Rintaro Okabe’s laboratory and plays a decisive role in research into time travel. Her relationship with Okabe is also one of the story’s main emotional threads.
Mayuri Shiina is Okabe’s childhood friend and one of the warmest members of the Future Gadget Laboratory. With a particular passion for cosplay, she stands out for her gentle, spontaneous and optimistic nature. Although her role appears to be quite removed from scientific research, Mayuri plays a fundamental part in Okabe’s motivations and in the events triggered by the various timelines.
Suzuha Amane first appears as a sporty young woman working near the laboratory. However, her energetic demeanour, her unusual knowledge and her interest in certain events eventually reveal her to be of far greater importance to the plot. Closely linked to the issue of time travel, she plays a direct part in the struggle to prevent a catastrophic future from unfolding.
