Bring together two key figures from the Clone Wars with this Anakin Skywalker & Clone Captain Rex set from the Star Wars: The Black Series range, designed by Hasbro. Part of the Clones of the Republic themed series, this set brings together the two characters in their Star Wars: The Clone Wars-inspired looks, in a 6-inch / 15 cm format.
Anakin Skywalker wears his Clone Wars Jedi General’s outfit, combining elements of a dark tunic with military-inspired armour, and comes with his blue-bladed lightsaber. Alongside him, Rex is depicted in his customised white and blue clone armour from the 501st Legion, complete with his captain’s gear and removable helmet. The Clone Captain also comes with his two blaster pistols.
Both figures feature multiple points of articulation at the head, arms and legs to allow for various combat or display poses. The set is presented in a Black Series window box featuring artwork of the two characters and bearing the ‘Clones of the Republic’ label.

During the Clone Wars, Anakin Skywalker served the Republic as a Jedi General. Captain Rex, service number CT-7567, fought alongside him at the head of the clone troopers of the 501st Legion and also served under the command of Ahsoka Tano.
The relationship between Anakin and Rex gradually develops around a strong mutual trust. Rex must first adapt to the Jedi’s unconventional methods, particularly his penchant for improvisation and his tendency to bend the rules, before developing a deep respect for his commander. StarWars.com highlights that this relationship between the Jedi and his clone officer is based on trust and loyalty, both on and off the battlefield.
