Origin and character’s universe
Created in 1962 by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko in the pages of the comic book *Amazing Fantasy* #15, Peter Parker profoundly revolutionised the history of superheroes by becoming the icon of an entire generation. This pack pays direct homage to his legendary debut by including the ‘First Appearance’ version of Spider-Man with his web wings under his arms. He shares the spotlight with his historic arch-nemesis, Norman Osborn – alias the Machiavellian Green Goblin – on his glider, as well as with J. Jonah Jameson, the irascible editor of the Daily Bugle, who is always quick to demand photos of the web-slinger. By reimagining these iconic characters in the miniature Bitty Pop! format, Funko allows fans of retro comics to recreate Marvel’s Golden Age in a compact space, ideal for decorating a desk or completing a collection.
