MY DRESS-UP DARLING - Marin Kitagawa - Statue Big Noodle Stopper 22cm

SEXY COSPLAY DOLL – Marin Kitagawa – TENITOL BIG Noodle Stopper Figurine – 22 cm

Meet Marin Kitagawa, the bubbly heroine of Sexy Cosplay Doll / My Dress-Up Darling, with this impressive TENITOL BIG Noodle Stopper figurine from FuRyu. This version takes the concept of the famous Marin Noodle Stopper Figure and presents it in a significantly larger format with a more detailed finish.

Depicted sitting with her legs crossed and making an enthusiastic peace sign, Marin is dressed here in her iconic school uniform. Her long blonde hair with pink tips, her expressive smile and her relaxed pose perfectly capture the character’s energetic and spontaneous personality.

Despite her seated position, the figurine stands approximately 22 cm tall, giving it a particularly striking presence on display.

Made from ATBC-PVC and ABS, this figurine is part of FuRyu’s TENITOL range. Contrary to what its name ‘Noodle Stopper’ might suggest, the manufacturer explicitly states that this large version is not designed to be placed on the lid of a pot of instant noodles, particularly due to its weight and dimensions. It should therefore be regarded first and foremost as a genuine display figurine.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Marin Kitagawa is the heroine of *My Dress-Up Darling*, also known in French as *Sexy Cosplay Doll*. An outgoing sixth-former with a passion for manga, video games and, above all, cosplay, she is fully confident in her interests despite the sometimes critical views of others.

Her meeting with Wakana Gojo proves pivotal when she discovers her talent for sewing. Gojo, who dreams of becoming a craftsman specialising in hina dolls, happens to possess the skills needed to make the costumes Marin requires to bring her favourite characters to life.

Their collaboration on cosplay gradually brings the two teenagers closer together. Marin brings her enthusiasm, confidence and passion, whilst Gojo contributes his attention to detail and mastery of dressmaking. Their relationship forms the heart of the series, blending romantic comedy, an introduction to cosplay and personal growth.

This TENITOL BIG Noodle Stopper version chooses to depict Marin in her everyday appearance rather than in one of her many cosplay outfits. Her school uniform, her smile and her peace sign thus directly highlight the radiant and spontaneous personality that makes the character so charming.
