Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the world of the Sakamoto Days manga created by Yuto Suzuki, X (real name Uzuki) is an elite criminal and the leader of a terrorist organisation of hitmen. A former student of the JAA (Japan Assassins Association), he has vowed to destroy this corrupt institution. Uzuki is distinguished by a particular psychological condition characterised by multiple personalities, enabling him to replicate to perfection the fighting style and state of mind of other legendary assassins. His emergence into the underworld forces Taro Sakamoto to come out of retirement to protect his loved ones, making X the most complex and unpredictable threat in the series.
