RURUDO - Angel Police Elle "Sweetest Pose" - Figure Espresto 16cm

Based on the original universe created by Japanese illustrator rurudo, this figurine depicts Elle, also known as Angel Police Elle, from Banpresto’s ESPRESTO – Sweetest Pose collection. Standing approximately 16 cm tall, this figure brings the character to life in three dimensions in a format designed for display, whilst retaining the distinctive artistic style characteristic of rurudo’s creations.

She is depicted in her signature Angel Police outfit, blending celestial elements associated with her angelic nature with an aesthetic inspired by a police uniform. The ESPRESTO range emphasises the character’s silhouette, her pose and the details of her costume to capture the style of the original illustration in a compact PVC figurine.

Measuring 16 cm, this Sweetest Pose version fits easily into a display case or on a shelf and can be displayed alongside other figurines inspired by rurudo’s original characters, notably Eve and Sugar.

Character background and lore

She is an original character created by rurudo. According to the artist’s official profile, she is a 17-year-old angel, born on 4 October and standing 155 cm tall. She belongs to a celestial police organisation and is described as a particularly gifted member of its ranks, having become an inspector after completing a fast-track programme.

She possesses a very strong sense of justice: her official profile states that she loves justice and hates evil. Her character is, however, marked by a certain arrogance and great stubbornness, as she is deeply convinced of the righteousness of her own principles. This contrast between her angelic appearance, her role as a police officer and her strong-willed personality is one of the central elements of the character.

The ‘Angel Police’ concept is one of rurudo’s recurring creations. An initial figurine adaptation is listed on the artist’s official website in 2022, followed by another interpretation of Elle produced for Good Smile Company in 2024, prior to this ESPRESTO version produced by Banpresto.
