Discover Ranma Saotome in her female form with this collectable figurine from Banpresto’s Relax Time range. Standing approximately 12 cm tall, the figure depicts the character sitting in a relaxed pose alongside P-chan, creating a charming and humorous scene directly inspired by the world of Ranma ½.
Ranma is depicted sitting on the floor, one hand resting behind her and her legs tucked under her in a natural pose. She wears a light grey vest top bearing the red inscription ‘Ranma’, paired with pink shorts featuring decorative trim. This casual outfit perfectly matches the peaceful spirit of the Relax Time collection.
The sculpture captures her distinctive red hair, tied back in a short plait, as well as her large reddish-brown eyes and smiling expression. At her side is P-chan, the little black piglet recognisable by his yellow bandana decorated with black patterns. The presence of this companion adds an extra touch of tenderness and humour to the whole scene.
Thanks to its compact size and relaxed scene, this figurine will easily find a place on a desk, a shelf or in a display case dedicated to the characters created by Rumiko Takahashi.
Ranma Saotome is a young martial arts practitioner who fell victim to a curse whilst training at the Jusenkyo Hot Springs in China. When he comes into contact with cold water, he transforms into a young girl with red hair; hot water allows him to regain his male appearance. Heir to the Saotome School of Free Fighting, he lives with the Tendo family and finds himself engaged to Akane against their initial wishes.
P-chan is the cursed form of Ryoga Hibiki, one of Ranma’s main rivals. After falling into another of the Jusenkyo springs, Ryoga turns into a small black pig when splashed with cold water. Akane, who remains unaware of his true identity for a long time, adopts him as a pet and names him P-chan, much to Ryoga’s despair.
