Origin and background of the character
First introduced in the first generation of video games with Pokémon Red and Blue in 1996 on the Game Boy, Slowbro is a Water- and Psychic-type Pokémon that has become legendary for its slow thinking and quirky reactions. Legend in the Pokémon universe has it that it takes several hours for it to feel the pain of a bite on its tail, which secretes a sweet sap highly prized for fishing. Endearing and comical, it evolves into Flagadoss when a Kokiyas bites its tail, or into Roigada using a Royal Rock. This Funko Pop! figurine brilliantly captures the blissful expression of this pocket monster, making it an essential item for all Trainers keen to complete their collector’s Pokédex.
