Origin and background of the character
Created by Eiichiro Oda, the One Piece manga and anime series recounts the epic fantasy tale of Monkey D. Luffy on his quest to become the Pirate King. A former Navy admiral known by the codename Aokiji (the ‘Blue Pheasant’), Kuzan is a powerful fighter who has eaten the Hie Hie no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit granting him the absolute power to create, control and transform into ice. Distinguishing himself from his peers through his personal philosophy of ‘lazy justice’, he approaches serious situations with a disconcerting nonchalance whilst demonstrating a strong sense of morality. Following a legendary duel against Akainu for the position of the new Fleet Admiral, he chose to leave the Marines and is now forging his own path through the New World. This exclusive, limited-edition Funko Pop! figure captures all the icy, mysterious presence of this key character from the series, making it a true treasure for discerning collectors.
