NARUTO SHIPPUDEN - Kakashi Hatake - Figure Kazekage Rescue Arc 25cm

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN – Kakashi Hatake – Ichibansho Kazekage Rescue Arc – 25 cm figure

Banpresto / Bandai Spirits’ Ichibansho collection features a 25 cm figurine of Kakashi Hatake, inspired by his appearance at the start of Naruto Shippuden during the Kazekage Rescue Arc.

Kakashi is depicted walking calmly and confidently, with one leg forward and his hand raised towards his headband. The sculpture captures his key distinguishing features: spiky silver hair, a mask covering the lower half of his face, and a Konoha headband slanted over his left eye. He also wears his green jōnin tactical vest over a dark blue outfit, along with his gloves, forearm guards, thigh pouch and shinobi sandals.

The relatively understated pose emphasises the character’s methodical personality rather than a spectacular attack. Standing 25 cm tall, the figurine nevertheless makes a striking display piece and can be displayed alongside other characters from the Kazekage Rescue Arc range, notably Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Gaara and Sasori.

Character background and lore

Kakashi Hatake is one of Konoha’s most experienced ninjas and the leader of the former Team 7, comprising Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha. Recognisable by his mask and his Sharingan, he is renowned for his tactical intelligence, his mastery of a wide range of techniques and his generally calm demeanour, even in the most dangerous situations.

At the start of Naruto Shippuden, Naruto returns to Konoha after his training with Jiraiya and is reunited with Sakura and Kakashi. When Gaara, now the Fifth Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village, is kidnapped by Akatsuki, Tsunade sends Team Kakashi – comprising Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura – to the aid of Suna. They then continue the rescue mission alongside Chiyo.

This arc also marks a significant development in Kakashi’s abilities. Whilst pursuing Deidara, he reveals his Mangekyō Sharingan and uses Kamui, a space-time technique that allows him to transport a target to another dimension. However, repeated use of this technique takes a heavy toll on Kakashi, to the point where he needs to recover after the mission.

This Ichibansho figurine specifically captures this pivotal period in the character’s story: Kakashi is no longer merely the instructor of Team 7, but the leader of a unit now comprised of ninjas who have made considerable progress, engaged in one of the first major clashes in *Naruto Shippuden* against the Akatsuki.
