MY HERO ACADEMIA – All For One ‘Final Battle Set’ – 16 cm S.H.Figuarts action figure

See All For One as he appeared during the final battle in My Hero Academia with this articulated figure from Bandai Tamashii Nations’ S.H.Figuarts range. Standing approximately 16 cm tall, this Final Battle Set edition is specially designed to recreate the various stages of his ultimate showdown, including his gradual rejuvenation as the battle progresses.

The figure features a wide range of interchangeable parts allowing you to alter the character’s age and expression. It includes, in particular, five faces, four pairs of hands, effect-themed wrist parts, and an alternative fringe with an effect for his young adult version. Special legs also reduce his height to approximately 15.5 cm in this rejuvenated configuration.

The set also contains an alternative head designed for the S.H.Figuarts Katsuki Bakugo – The Beginning, sold separately. This bonus item allows for a more faithful recreation of the duel between Bakugo and All For One during the final battle. The numerous accessories and articulation points in the S.H.Figuarts range thus offer a variety of possibilities for depicting the attacks, transformations and expressions of the series’ main antagonist.

Character background and universe (Lore)

All For One is one of the main antagonists in My Hero Academia and All Might’s long-standing nemesis. His Quirk, which also bears the name All For One, allows him to absorb other people’s Quirks, use them himself and pass some on to others. Over the course of several generations, he has thus built up considerable power and exerted a profound influence on the criminal underworld.

He also has a direct link to the origins of One For All. His younger brother, Yoichi, opposes his worldview and becomes the source of the power that will be passed down from generation to generation, eventually reaching Izuku Midoriya. During the final battle, All For One faces off against several heroes as he seeks to rejoin Tomura Shigaraki and carry on with his plan. The anime also reveals further details about his origins and his relationship with Yoichi.

At this stage in the story, All For One continually regains his youth as the battle progresses, which temporarily increases his power but also brings him closer to his demise. His clash with Katsuki Bakugo is one of the central moments of this phase: All For One projects the memory of Kudo, the second holder of One For All, onto Bakugo and unleashes his powers in a desperate attempt to pursue his goal.

The S.H.Figuarts Final Battle Set is specifically designed around this transformation, featuring parts that allow All For One to evolve from his adult appearance into increasingly younger forms, as well as effects and a bonus Bakugo head designed to recreate their final confrontation.
