Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Born from the imagination of Don Mancini in the 1988 cult film, Chucky was originally Charles Lee Ray, a serial killer on the run and a voodoo enthusiast. Wounded to death in a toy shop, he uses a magical ritual to transfer his soul inside a popular dummy doll. Trapped in this plastic form, he desperately tries to possess the body of young Andy Barclay to become human again, while committing a series of bloody and inventive murders. Now a legendary figure in pop culture and slasher cinema, the character combines wry black humour with boundless cruelty. This action figure celebrates the beginnings of this icon of modern horror.
