Character background and universe (Lore)
John Walker, better known as U.S. Agent, is a character with a complex and military-focused backstory in the Marvel universe. Originally conceived as a stricter and more patriotic alternative to Captain America, Walker has often oscillated between the role of hero and that of an uncompromising anti-hero. Endowed with superhuman strength and a heightened sense of duty, he will stop at nothing to accomplish his missions.
In the ‘Force Works’ storyline, initiated by Tony Stark (Iron Man), U.S. Agent dons an upgraded suit and is equipped with a high-tech photon shield. As part of this rapid-response, paramilitary team, he becomes an indispensable field agent. His primary mission is to anticipate and counter modern, technological threats on a global scale, drawing on his raw power and strategic acumen.
