LILO & STITCH - POP Premium N° 1798 - Stitch (Plants)

LILO & STITCH – POP! Premium No. 1798 – Stitch (Plants)

Discover Stitch in a tropical setting with this POP! Premium No. 1798 – Stitch in Potted Plant figurine from Funko. Taken from the Disney Lilo & Stitch universe, this Premium edition depicts Experiment 626 nestled amongst lush greenery, in a large decorative pot that directly evokes the colourful landscapes of Hawaii.

Stitch is depicted crouching in a brown pot with orange wavy patterns, surrounded by large green leaves. Two large yellow flowers emerge behind his head, whilst other leaves wrap around his legs and lower body. His large ears, black eyes and distinctive blue colour are rendered in the stylised design characteristic of POP! figures.

Thanks to the POP! Premium format, the character and his plant-themed setting form a single, more elaborate piece than a classic POP! figurine. Funko states that the set stands approximately 10.7 cm tall. The figurine is made from vinyl/PVC and comes in an illustrated window box, allowing the model to remain clearly visible whilst still in its packaging.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Stitch, also known as Experiment 626, is an alien creature created by the scientist Jumba Jookiba. Originally designed to wreak havoc, he escapes and ends up on Earth, where he is adopted by Lilo Pelekai, a young Hawaiian girl who initially mistakes him for a strange dog. Their encounter gradually leads Stitch to discover loyalty, friendship and, above all, the concept of ‘ohana, or family.

This edition does not depict a specific scene from the film, but places Stitch within a botanical setting directly inspired by the tropical Hawaiian atmosphere associated with Lilo & Stitch. The large yellow leaves and flowers surrounding the character reinforce this aesthetic and give POP! No. 1798 a particularly decorative look within a collection dedicated to Stitch.
