Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the Disney feature film released in 2002, Stitch is an alien creature created illegally by Doctor Jumba. Originally designed to be a weapon of mass destruction driven by aggression, he escapes to Earth and lands on the island of Hawaii. His destiny changes when he is adopted by young Lilo, who takes him for an original dog. To help her channel her unstable temperament and assess her behavioural progress, Lilo designs a hand-made mood and naughtiness chart. Through the notion ofOhana (which means that no one should be abandoned or forgotten), Stitch gradually learns to control his impulses and discover love, family and loyalty.
