Discover Aragorn, heir to Isildur and future King of Gondor, with this imposing Iron Studios figurine from the Unleashed – 1/10 Art Scale collection. Standing approximately 31.7 cm tall, this officially licensed Lord of the Rings piece depicts the Ranger of the North in a dynamic pose directly inspired by his journey through the Paths of the Dead.
Aragorn is depicted standing on a scene-based base, sword raised in one hand and torch in the other, ready to face the dangers that lie ahead. The sculpture accurately recreates his long hair, beard, travelling clothes, armour and flowing cloak. The rocky, funerary setting of the base, marked by skulls and elements reminiscent of the underground passages of the White Mountains, places the character directly within the scene where he comes to seek the aid of the Army of the Dead.
Crafted from polystone, this figurine features detailed sculpting and a hand-painted finish. With its 1/10 scale and themed base, it is designed for a scenic display aimed at collectors of Tolkien’s universe and the film adaptations of *The Lord of the Rings*.

Aragorn II, son of Arathorn, is a direct descendant of Isildur and the heir to the ancient royal lineages of the Dúnedain. For much of his life, however, he conceals his origins and roams the northern lands as a Ranger under the name Strider. He later joins the Fellowship of the Ring and gradually assumes leadership of it following Gandalf’s disappearance in Moria.
During the War of the Ring, Aragorn gradually comes to accept the legacy he had long been reluctant to embrace. He wields the reforged sword made from Narsil and accompanies Legolas and Gimli to the Paths of the Dead, beneath the White Mountains. There, he asserts his status as heir to Isildur in order to call upon the Dead to honour the ancient oath they had once betrayed. It is precisely this scene that serves as the main inspiration for the ‘Aragorn Unleashed’ figurine by Iron Studios.
After Sauron’s defeat, Aragorn ascends the throne as King Elessar and unites the kingdoms of Arnor and Gondor, thus fulfilling the destiny of Isildur’s line. His journey, from a Ranger living in the shadows to sovereign of the Reunited Kingdom, is one of the great narrative arcs of *The Lord of the Rings*.
