From *JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders*, this Banpresto figurine depicts Iggy, the little Boston Terrier with a Stand who joins Jotaro Kujo and his companions on their journey to Egypt. It is part of the CLEAR FIGURE -IGGY- series, comprising two different models measuring approximately 6 to 7 cm.
This version features a deliberately stylised design, with an oversized head and a short body resting on all four paws. Iggy retains his black and white coat, his broad, light-coloured muzzle, his large light-blue eyes and his pricked-up ears, the yellow insides of which add a touch of contrast. His impassive, unimpressed expression captures the character’s sarcastic and independent temperament well.
The distinctive feature of this collection lies in the use of a translucent body, complemented by painted areas to bring out the character’s colours. Bandai Spirits officially describes the series as Iggy figurines featuring a ‘clear body’ with colour applied to certain details. The result offers a different look to traditional opaque PVC figures whilst retaining the character’s key design features.
Measuring approximately 6 cm, this Version B fits easily into a display cabinet, on a desk or alongside other Stardust Crusaders figurines. The range was initially released in Japan as a Banpresto prize figure in arcades from July 2026, whilst its European release is scheduled for later this year.
Iggy is a particularly intelligent Boston Terrier who used to live as a stray before being taken in by the Speedwagon Foundation. The official JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure website describes him as a pedigree dog with a difficult temperament, once regarded as a sort of ‘king of the strays’. He also has a strong passion for coffee-flavoured chewing gum.
Iggy joins the group comprising Jotaro Kujo, Joseph Joestar, Mohammed Avdol, Noriaki Kakyoin and Jean Pierre Polnareff after their arrival in Egypt. Despite his often lazy, selfish or uncooperative attitude, he is a particularly powerful Stand user. His Stand is called The Fool, and is one of the key factors that make him a true member of the group despite his appearance as a mere dog.
During the final part of *Stardust Crusaders*, Iggy plays a particularly important role in his clash with Pet Shop, the falcon guarding DIO’s mansion. Although seriously injured at the end of the fight, he nevertheless continues the adventure and later steps in to save Polnareff during the clash with Vanilla Ice, revealing a much braver and more loyal side than his initial behaviour would have suggested.
This Clear Figure Version B therefore primarily highlights Iggy’s instantly recognisable appearance and his disillusioned expression, in a translucent miniature format that sets it apart from more traditional depictions of the character.
