Character background and lore

Minori Hanasato is one of the heroines of Project SEKAI: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku. She is a member of the idol group MORE MORE JUMP!, alongside Haruka Kiritani, Airi Momoi and Shizuku Hinomori.

Passionate about idols from a very young age, Minori dreams of taking to the stage herself, despite numerous failures at auditions. Her perseverance and optimism are the character’s main strengths and gradually lead her to pursue her goal with even greater determination.

Unlike several other members of MORE MORE JUMP!, Minori starts out with no professional experience in the idol industry. Her journey therefore relies heavily on her personal growth, her hard work and her ability to persevere in the face of adversity.

With her enthusiastic nature, her great admiration for Haruka and her constant desire to inspire hope in the audience, Minori Hanasato perfectly embodies the central theme of MORE MORE JUMP!: continuing to strive towards one’s dreams and bringing joy to others through performance.
