Origin and world of the character (Lore)
In the magical world created by J.K. Rowling, Luna Lovegood is a witch of Serdaigle house at Hogwarts, known for her dreamy personality, her disconcerting lucidity and her belief in invisible magical creatures. This figurine immortalises her at the exclusive Slug Club Christmas party organised by Professor Horace Slughorn in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Invited by Harry Potter in all honour as a valued friend, Luna wore a pink sequined dress that was considered eccentric by her peers, but which underlined her total freedom from the gaze of the other wizards. This design commemorates her warm presence and unwavering loyalty to the group of heroes.
