This Pyramid International keyring, officially licensed by Harry Potter, features Hedwig, the white owl who accompanies Harry throughout his years at Hogwarts. The accessory combines a large white pompom with an illustrated image of Hedwig and features a lightweight design suitable for attaching to a set of keys or for decorating a bag or rucksack.
The design faithfully recreates the owl’s distinctive appearance, featuring a small, flat medallion depicting her head and upper body. Her white plumage, yellow eyes ringed with black, and slightly stern expression make Hedwig instantly recognisable. Beneath this illustration is a large white pompom, whose soft, fluffy texture evokes her plumage.
The whole is completed by a white carabiner-style clip, allowing the keyring to be easily attached to various items. Pyramid officially describes this item as a ‘Keychain / Bag Charm’: it can therefore be used on keys, but also as a decorative charm on a handbag, rucksack or zip.

Origin and character background (Lore)
Hedwig is Harry Potter’s white owl and one of his most loyal companions. Harry receives her on his eleventh birthday when Rubeus Hagrid buys her for him at Eeylops Owl Emporium, located on Diagon Alley. This gift thus marks one of Harry’s first real encounters with the wizarding world.
In the Harry Potter universe, owls serve as messengers, delivering letters, newspapers and parcels. Hedwig regularly fulfils this role for Harry and proves particularly adept at tracking down the recipients of his messages, even when they are not at their usual address.
Hedwig is, however, much more than just a postal owl. She is one of Harry’s most constant links to the magical world, particularly during the summers he spent with the Dursleys. Intelligent, loyal yet strong-willed, she does not hesitate to show her displeasure when she feels she is being mistreated or deprived of her freedom. The official Harry Potter website describes her as one of Harry’s closest companions during his moments of solitude.
Her presence throughout the series makes Hedwig one of the most iconic creatures in the Wizarding World. Her white plumage and her close bond with Harry explain why she is regularly featured on accessories and collectables, such as this Pom Pom keyring from Pyramid International.
