GIRLS UND PANZER DAS FINALE - Shiho - Figure Eternal Romance 28cm

Based on Girls und Panzer das Finale, this Banpresto figurine depicts Shiho Nishizumi as part of the Eternal Romance collection. Presented in a particularly imposing size of approximately 28 cm in height, this version showcases the matriarch of the Nishizumi family in a different light to her usual appearance in the series.

This ‘Maid Swimsuit Ver.’ variant dresses Shiho in a swimsuit inspired by a maid’s uniform, with decorative ruffled elements that contrast with her usually strict and formal image. The Eternal Romance range applies this same theme to several members of the Nishizumi family, creating a visually cohesive collection designed to be displayed side by side.

Character background and lore

Shiho Nishizumi is the mother of Miho and Maho Nishizumi and plays a central role in the family tradition of sensha-dō, the martial art based on tank combat practised in the Girls und Panzer universe. The franchise’s official website describes her as the head of the Nishizumi School, a tradition renowned for its rigorous and disciplined approach to armoured combat.

This philosophy has a profound influence on her two daughters. Maho establishes herself very early on as the heir to the Nishizumi School and becomes captain of the Kuromorimine Girls’ Academy team, whilst Miho gradually develops a more personal approach to sensha-dō after leaving Kuromorimine to join Ooarai Girls’ Academy.

Shiho is thus associated with the tradition, discipline and continuity of the Nishizumi School. The Eternal Romance range deliberately takes the opposite tack to this formal image by offering a lighter portrayal of the character, matching the versions of Miho and Maho designed in the same theme.
