Origin and world of the character (Lore)
Set in 1603, more than 300 years after the events of Ghost of Tsushima, the story of Ghost of Yotei follows Atsu, a lone warrior in the wilderness surrounding Mount Yotei, a region in northern Japan outside the direct control of the Edo period shogunate. Driven by a deep desire for vengeance to honour her lost family, Atsu adopts the identity of "The Phantom" to lead a ruthless hunt against her targets. As a mercenary and skilled swordswoman, she must survive in a harsh environment marked by clan rivalries and the snowy landscapes of Ezo (now Hokkaido). This figure commemorates the introduction of this new heroine to the PlayStation universe.
