Origin and world of the character
The character of Supreme Kai (Shin or Master Kaio Shin) comes from the famous Dragon Ball animation franchise, created by the legendary mangaka Akira Toriyama. This specific version comes from the Dragon Ball DAIMA animated TV series, produced by Toei Animation. In this new storyline, a mysterious magical conspiracy led by forces lurking in the Demon Realm strikes Earth: Son Goku and all his allies find themselves transformed and reduced to miniature size (Mini). As the God of Creation overseeing the balance of the universe, Supreme Kai also finds himself affected by this spell. Despite his rejuvenated form and altered abilities, his great divine wisdom and knowledge of the secrets of the spirit world make him a vital guide and strategic ally to Goku on the perilous journey into space to break the curse.
