DRAGON BALL - Cell Final Form - Giant Figure Limit Breaker 30cm

Bandai has dedicated a large-scale figure to Cell in his Perfect Form with this model from the Limit Breaker Series. Standing approximately 30 cm tall, this figure captures the bio-warrior’s appearance as he appears after absorbing the cyborgs C-17 and C-18. The Limit Breaker range has been specifically developed around Dragon Ball figures measuring approximately 12 inches, or 30 cm, designed for both play and display.

Cell is depicted in his instantly recognisable final form: a green carapace dotted with dark patches, purple areas on his torso and face, black wings on his back, and a long headdress forming two spikes on either side of his head. His slimmer, more balanced silhouette contrasts with the bulkier forms of his previous evolutionary stages and reflects the transformation he himself considers to be perfect.

The figure features main joints at the shoulders and hips, allowing its posture to be adjusted whilst ensuring stability for this large-scale model. Bandai presents the Limit Breaker range as figures suited to both handling and display, with several characters from the Dragon Ball universe available in the collection.

Made from PVC, this version of Cell measures approximately 30 cm and makes a striking statement on a shelf or within a Dragon Ball collection. Its size means it can be paired with other giant Limit Breaker figures to recreate the major battles from the Cyborg and Cell sagas.

Character background and universe (Lore)

Cell is a bio-android designed by the supercomputer of Dr Gero, a scientist in the Red Ribbon Army. He was created using cells from several of the most powerful fighters encountered on Earth, including Son Goku, Piccolo, Vegeta, Frieza and King Cold. Thanks to this biological heritage, Cell possesses an exceptional combination of power, regenerative abilities and techniques drawn from various warriors.

In a future timeline, Cell steals Trunks’ time machine and travels back in time to fulfil the objective programmed into him: to absorb C-17 and C-18. After absorbing C-17, he reaches his second form. He then goes on to absorb C-18 despite Trunks’ attempts to stop him and attains his Perfect Form, the one depicted by this figurine.

This transformation grants him considerably greater power as well as a more refined appearance. Convinced of his superiority, Cell then organises the Cell Games, a tournament designed to allow him to face Earth’s finest fighters whilst striking terror into the population. His first real opponent during the tournament is Son Goku, before the decisive battle shifts to Son Gohan.

Cell’s Perfect Form thus represents the culmination of his entire evolution and remains his most iconic appearance. It is this version, associated with the Cell Games and the clash against Super Saiyan 2 Gohan, that Bandai has reproduced here in the giant format of the Limit Breaker range.
