Banpresto Figure — Dr. STONE — Senku Ishigami (Figure of Stone World) 15cm
This vinyl figurine from the ‘Figure of Stone World’ themed collection by leading brand Banpresto depicts the scientific genius and saviour of humanity: Senku Ishigami.
The figurine stands approximately 15 cm tall, an ideal collector’s size for display on a shelf or a fan’s desk. The design perfectly captures the young man’s confident, intellectual and determined demeanour. The high-quality PVC sculpture reproduces his iconic physical features with surgical precision, including his straight hair standing on end towards the sky with its gradient green tips, his two characteristic facial petrification marks, and his rudimentary, hand-stitched leather outfit. Albert Einstein’s mathematical formula, E=mc², is clearly inscribed on his chest, a reminder of his goal to rebuild civilisation through science. The figure features meticulous paintwork in earthy tones that emphasise the realism of his post-apocalyptic attire.
This officially licensed collectable is aimed directly at die-hard fans of the work of Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, as well as enthusiasts of Banpresto figurines. The item is supplied mounted on its dedicated display base inside an illustrated printed box.

Character background and lore
In the fascinating scientific world of Dr. STONE, the entire human race is suddenly petrified by a mysterious green flash of light, trapping civilisation in rock for over 3,700 years. Senku Ishigami, a gifted high school student with a passion for science, manages to break free from his stone shell by counting the seconds to keep his mind alert. Waking up in a wild world where nature has reclaimed its rightful place (the Stone World), Senku refuses to abandon human knowledge. Thanks to his extraordinary intelligence, encyclopaedic memory and purely rational mind, he sets himself an absolute goal: to use chemistry, physics and engineering to create nital acid, de-petrify the rest of humanity and race through the stages of technological evolution at breakneck speed to establish the Kingdom of Science in the face of primitive factions.
