See Momo Ayase using her psychic powers with this Funko POP! Deluxe figure No. 2628, dedicated to Dandadan. This large-scale version particularly highlights one of the heroine’s iconic abilities, thanks to two imposing, translucent hands of energy surrounding the character.
Momo is depicted in her school uniform, balancing on a raised plinth, arms outstretched and with a focused expression. Her powers take the form of two large, sea-green hands positioned on either side of the figurine, giving the whole piece a width and visual presence far greater than that of a standard POP! figurine.
Made from PVC/vinyl, this figurine is part of the POP! Deluxe range, which allows for the creation of a miniature scene around the character. It is presented in a large display box bearing the number 2628 from the POP! Animation collection.

Character background and universe (Lore)
Momo Ayase is one of the two main protagonists of *Dandadan*, a manga created by Yukinobu Tatsu and serialised in Japan on Shueisha’s *Shonen Jump+* platform. The work blends action, comedy, romance, aliens, spirits and paranormal phenomena.
Momo comes from a family of mediums and was largely brought up by her grandmother, Seiko Ayase, herself an expert in supernatural phenomena. Despite this background, Momo firmly believes in the existence of ghosts but initially regards aliens as a myth.
Her encounter with Ken Takakura, whom she nicknames Okarun, turns this belief on its head. Okarun, on the other hand, believes in aliens but refuses to believe in spirits. To settle their differences, they each decide to visit a place associated with the other’s beliefs.
Momo thus travels to a place renowned for alien phenomena and suddenly discovers that aliens really do exist. Faced with the Serpoians, she awakens a latent psychic power that enables her to fight against supernatural and alien forces.
Her abilities manifest notably in the form of large psychic hands capable of interacting with various targets from a distance. These have become one of the most distinctive visual representations of her powers and are prominently featured on this POP! Deluxe No. 2628.
Alongside Okarun, whose body is afflicted by a supernatural curse, Momo gradually finds herself drawn into a series of confrontations with yokai, aliens and other inexplicable phenomena. Their relationship is also one of the central themes of *Dandadan*, which combines supernatural battles with a coming-of-age story and budding romance.
This Deluxe figurine therefore highlights one of Momo’s most iconic traits: her mastery of her psychic powers, represented here by two particularly imposing, translucent energy hands.
