Origin and background of the character
Created in the early 1980s, theCare Bears are a cult intergenerational franchise that has left its mark on the history of cartoons through profound messages of sharing, mutual support and kindness. These adorable little bears live in the magical kingdom of Care-a-Lot (the Garden of Kisses), perched high above the clouds. Toutgentil (Share Bear), recognisable by her pretty purple colour and the badge on her tummy featuring two crossed lollipops, is the very embodiment of generosity, always ready to give what she has to make her friends happy. To travel through their heavenly world, the bears use fantastical vehicles fashioned from clouds and rainbows. This Bitty Pop! Ride version captures the franchise’s pastel hues and Toutgentil’s comforting face with impressive attention to detail, offering a miniature format that’s ideal for rekindling your childhood memories on even the most compact shelves.
