This Banpresto figurine depicts Yujiro Hanma, the fighter nicknamed ‘the strongest creature on Earth’, from Version B of the Grandista collection. Standing approximately 27 cm tall, it depicts the character in his usual colours and particularly highlights his massive build and extraordinary musculature.
Yujiro is depicted bare-chested, striding forward with a particularly confident demeanour. His arms are held slightly away from his body and his hands are open, giving the impression that he is calmly advancing towards his opponent without sensing the slightest threat. His spiky dark red hair, stern gaze and impassive expression capture the character’s instantly recognisable appearance.
The sculpture places his physique at the centre of the composition. His shoulders, pectorals, arms, abdominals and, above all, the impressive musculature of his back are deeply sculpted, whilst the veins and various contours reinforce his extraordinary appearance. Yujiro wears loose-fitting dark trousers and black shoes, a deliberately simple outfit that allows all attention to be focused on his physique.

Character background and universe (Lore)
Yujiro Hanma is the father of Baki Hanma and is known as ‘the strongest creature on Earth’. The official Baki website describes him as a fighter with enough power to wipe out military units with his bare hands. He is even capable of bringing down, unarmed, a gigantic elephant that conventional forces were unable to stop, to the extent that the world’s major powers monitor his activities.
Yujiro regards strength as a fundamental value and is constantly seeking opponents capable of presenting him with a genuine challenge. This brutal philosophy has a profound influence on Baki, one of whose key goals since childhood has been to become powerful enough to face and surpass his father.
Having progressed through countless fights, Baki eventually challenges Yujiro in what the series presents as the greatest father-son feud in history. Their clash pushes both Hanmas to push their abilities to the limit and marks the culmination of their conflict-ridden relationship. At its conclusion, Yujiro finally acknowledges the power his son has attained.
This Grandista Version B specifically captures the classic image of Yujiro: a man advancing unhurriedly, almost relaxed, whose mere stature and musculature are enough to convey the power that has earned him the reputation as the most dangerous being in his world.
