Having taken several different forms before settling on that of the arachnid creature, the Mind Flayer was intrinsically linked to Henry Creel, who later became the malevolent Vecna. This limited-edition medallion depicts the Mind Flayer facing off against Eleven; she hovers above the creature, ready for battle. Produced in a limited run of 5,000 copies worldwide, it bears an individual serial number on the reverse and comes with an exclusive art card.
