Character background and lore
Inspired by the Star Wars expanded universe and film saga, Commander Cody, serial number CC-2224, is a clone warrior who has spent much of his military career pursuing a single goal: to lead the 212th Attack Battalion to victory and find his place within the Grand Army of the Republic. Created on the planet Kamino using the genetic code of the bounty hunter Jango Fett, he grew up within the cloning facilities, learning to conceal his individuality behind customised Phase II armour and an exceptional tactical acumen developed alongside Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. Guided by his sense of duty and total loyalty to the Republic, he strives to annihilate the Separatist forces across the galaxy. This marks the beginning of gruelling military campaigns, in which this consummate strategist employs his unwavering determination and genius for command during the Siege of Utapau, before the tragic and subconscious activation of Order 66 forces him to turn against his Jedi allies, making him an indispensable cog in the rise of the Empire.
