Origin and background of the character
Introduced in the first generation in 1996 in the original video games Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue, Minidraco is the only Pokémon that was originally a pure Dragon-type, making it one of the rarest and most sought-after creatures in the Kanto region. Living hidden deep in the fresh waters of rivers or in the Safari Zone, this elusive Pokémon grows through a series of metamorphoses. Long considered a legendary Pokémon by trainers due to its rarity, it harbours immense potential as it evolves into Draco, and then into the mighty Charizard. This figurine captures all the grace and nostalgia associated with this historic dragon, establishing itself as an essential centrepiece for all enthusiasts who have vowed to catch them all.
