Origin and world of the character (Lore)
The POP! Pets collection pays tribute to the most popular pets that share our daily lives. The Sphynx stands out from all other feline breeds by its almost total nudity. The breed originated as a result of a natural genetic mutation in Canada in the 1960s, and has since been carefully developed by passionate breeders. Contrary to popular belief, its skin is not completely hairless, but covered with an extremely fine down similar to peach skin. Renowned for its outgoing temperament, great affection for its owners and keen intelligence, the Sphynx is an indoor cat that loves to perch on its shoulders in search of human warmth, making it a companion as original as it is endearing.
