Recreate a bakery and patisserie with retro charm using this impressive building set from Pantasy. Comprising 2,877 pieces, the model takes the form of a highly detailed urban building combining an artisan shop with elements evoking traditional bread-making.
The architecture combines a black-and-white half-timbered façade, dark red bricks and several sloping roofs in burgundy shades. The shop front is dominated by a large golden ‘BAKEHOUSE’ sign, whilst loaves of bread and pastries are displayed in the sales area. The building is particularly distinguished by the large mill sails fitted to its upper section, as well as by the chimneys, flues and other technical details that reinforce its identity as an artisan bakery. Three minifigures also feature in the scene.
With nearly 2,900 bricks, this set offers a substantial build designed as much for the pleasure of assembly as for display. The variations in height, the gables, the small-paned windows, the industrial features and the shop opening onto the street give the model the appearance of a genuine miniature architectural diorama, which can take its place alongside other Pantasy buildings.

The design of this set combines two elements historically linked to bread-making: the bakery and the mill. Before the industrialisation of milling, windmills or watermills were used to grind grain into flour, a raw material subsequently used by bakers to make bread and pastries.
Pantasy transforms this relationship into an architectural feature, with a shop situated directly beneath a structure reminiscent of a mill. The half-timbering, sloping roofs, ornate sign and numerous façade details give the whole building a deliberately old-fashioned aesthetic, halfway between a village bakery, an artisan workshop and a fairy-tale building, designed above all as a richly detailed exhibition piece.
