ONE PIECE - Portgas D. Ace - Figure Noir Edge Collection 24cm

This Banpresto figurine depicts Portgas D. Ace, one of the most iconic characters from One Piece, as part of the Noir Edge Collection range. Standing approximately 24 cm tall, it offers a darker interpretation of the character, with a colour scheme dominated by black and grey that contrasts with the distinctive features of his appearance.

The sculpture highlights Ace’s athletic build and confident demeanour, whilst retaining the details that make him instantly recognisable. Made from PVC and ABS, this non-articulated figurine is designed for display and can be paired with the Sabo figurine from the same Noir Edge collection.

Character background and lore

Portgas D. Ace, nicknamed ‘Ace the Blazing Fists’, is the sworn brother of Monkey D. Luffy and Sabo. The son of Gol D. Roger and Portgas D. Rouge, he nevertheless chose to forge his own path at sea and became commander of the Second Division of the Whitebeard Pirates.

Ace possesses the powers of the Mera Mera no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control and transform into fire. His independent nature, his loyalty to his loved ones and his relationship with Luffy play a central role in several key moments in One Piece, particularly during the Marineford arc.

This Noir Edge Collection version particularly highlights the character’s intense and charismatic side through a darker aesthetic than his usual depictions, whilst retaining the visual identity immediately associated with Ace.
