Origin and character’s universe
In the world of the One Piece manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda, Nami is the official navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates (Mugiwaras). Initially introduced as an opportunistic pirate thief seeking to buy back her home village from Arlong, she joins Monkey D. Luffy permanently after his release. A talented cartographer, she possesses an exceptional sensitivity to the weather, enabling her to predict and navigate the unpredictable currents and climates of the Grand Line. Her ultimate dream is to draw a complete map of the entire world.
This Banpresto creation faithfully reproduces the character’s physical features and attire. Nami is depicted sporting her characteristic long, wavy orange hair cascading down her back. The figurine faithfully recreates her silhouette and distinctive facial features, complemented by her usual accessories, such as the tattoo on her left shoulder depicting a mandarin and a fishing reel. The 16 cm figurine strikes a stable, relaxed standing pose, reflecting the heroine’s modern design as seen in recent story arcs of the Japanese franchise.
