Origin and character background
In the high-octane world of the hit manga and anime series My Hero Academia, created by Kōhei Horikoshi, Katsuki Bakugo (nicknamed Katchan) is one of the brightest and most explosive students in Class 1-A at U.A. High School. A long-standing rival of the protagonist Izuku Midoriya, he possesses the Alter (Quirk) "Explosion", which allows him to secrete a sweat similar to nitroglycerine through the palms of his hands to trigger destructive explosions. Despite his fierce, aggressive and proud temperament, his iron will and ambition to surpass the legendary All Might guide him firmly along the path to becoming a Professional Hero. This Pop! figure captures Bakugo in his brand-new, upgraded hero suit, sporting his high-tech gear designed to maximise the impact of his explosions. It stands as an essential centrepiece for all devoted collectors of the series.
