Origin and background of the character
Drummer Lars Ulrich is one of the long-standing pillars of Metallica, the legendary band founded in 1981 that revolutionised and popularised the thrash and heavy metal genres on an international scale. Known for his incisive double-pedal playing, complex rhythmic arrangements and keen sense of musical structure, he has been setting the pace for the band from behind his drum kit for over four decades.
This specific design draws direct inspiration from the visual identity and outfits worn by the band during the promotion and world tour for their hit album released in 2023, 72 Seasons. This vinyl figurine faithfully captures his presence behind his instrument, ready to bring the raw energy of metal concerts and a touch of rock nostalgia to the shelves of passionate collectors.
