The Noble Collection offers an officially licensed The Lord of the Rings bracelet, featuring the Eye of Sauron. The piece combines natural tiger’s eye beads, in shades of brown, gold and black, with a central metal element directly inspired by the One Ring.
The beads display the characteristic iridescent bands of tiger’s eye, whose colour variations naturally evoke the yellow, orange and dark hues associated with Sauron’s gaze. At the centre of the bracelet sits a gold-finished stainless steel ring, adorned with an engraving evoking the inscription on the One Ring. The combination of the stone and this metal element thus creates a direct visual link to two major symbols from The Lord of the Rings.
The bracelet is presented in a black case adorned with the gold ‘The Lord of the Rings’ logo, making it ideal for storing or gifting as a collector’s item.
Sauron is the Dark Lord who seeks to dominate Middle-earth through the One Ring. Following the loss of the Ring, the Eye becomes one of the principal symbols associated with his presence and watchful gaze. In Tolkien’s writings, it is notably referred to as the Great Eye, the Eye of Mordor, the Eye of Barad-dûr or the Eyeless Eye, and also serves as the emblem of the forces of Mordor.
In Peter Jackson’s film trilogy, this image is spectacularly brought to life in the form of a blazing eye towering over Barad-dûr, Sauron’s fortress at the heart of Mordor. It scans the surrounding lands in search of the Ring and its bearer. This depiction has become one of the most instantly recognisable images of the saga.
The One Ring, for its part, is the instrument in which Sauron concentrates a vital part of his power in order to control the other Rings of Power. The bracelet thus symbolically combines the two: the golden and dark reflections of the tiger’s eye evoke Sauron’s fiery gaze, whilst the central ring recalls the object on which his power depends and around which Frodo’s entire quest revolves.
