The character retains his characteristic dark outfit from the Tokyo Exorcism School and his determined expression, reflecting his return to the forefront following the events in Shibuya.

Character background and lore

Yuta Okkotsu is a second-year student at the Tokyo Exorcism School and one of the very few exorcists classified as ‘Special Rank’. He is introduced as the main character in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. His story is closely linked to his childhood friend Rika Orimoto, who, after her death, became a powerful cursed spirit bound to Yuta. After joining the Exorcist School and facing Suguru Geto during the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons, Yuta manages to free Rika from the curse that bound them together.

Following these events, Yuta travels abroad before returning to Japan in the wake of the Shibuya Incident. The Exorcists’ Headquarters then entrusts him with the mission to execute Yuji Itadori, whose stay of execution has been revoked. His return marks his direct involvement in the events leading up to the Culling Game, where his status as a special-rank exorcist and the extent of his occult energy take on major significance.

This FIGURIZMα figurine accurately depicts Yuta from this period, more experienced and far more confident than during the events of Jujutsu Kaisen 0. SEGA portrays him in a combat-ready stance, in keeping with his central role in the Culling Game arc.
