Origin and character’s universe
Released in cinemas in 1989, Ghostbusters II brings the famous team of paranormal investigators back into the spotlight after a few years of enforced inactivity. Dr Peter Venkman, masterfully portrayed by Bill Murray, retains his role as the team’s improvised and nonchalant spokesperson, wielding irony in all circumstances. Faced with the return of the tyrant Vigo of the Carpathians and the proliferation of a mysterious pink slime that reacts to emotions in the basements of Manhattan, Peter and his colleagues don their new dark-coloured response suits. Equipped with his proton pack, he’s at the forefront of repelling the spectral invasion and saving the city. This beautifully crafted figure is an essential addition to complete the entire team.
