Funko’s POP! Moments collection captures a spectacular scene from the world of *Dune: Part Three* with this Paul Atreides figurine featuring a Sandworm, numbered 2155. Larger than a classic POP! figure, this format depicts Paul riding one of Arrakis’s iconic creatures.
Paul is depicted in his desert attire, perched on the back of the gigantic sandworm and holding his riding gear. His intense blue eyes evoke the effect caused by prolonged exposure to Spice. The worm features a particularly textured sculpt, with its numerous plates and organic reliefs, whilst the sandy-toned base completes the arid atmosphere of Arrakis.
The POP! Moments format allows for the recreation of a genuine scene rather than an isolated character. The set thus forms a complete display piece, suitable for collections dedicated to Dune, Paul Atreides or Funko figurines depicting memorable scenes from their franchises. The figurine is presented in a large display box featuring artwork in the colours of Dune: Part Three.
Paul Atreides is the son of Duke Leto Atreides and the heir to House Atreides. Born on Caladan, he was trained from a young age in his family’s political and martial disciplines, whilst also benefiting from the Bene Gesserit teachings passed on by his mother, Jessica. His special abilities and his role in the Bene Gesserit’s long-standing plans play a central part in his destiny.
Following his family’s arrival on Arrakis, Paul forms a bond with the Fremen, the people of the desert, and gradually assumes a leading role in their society under the name Muad’Dib. The gigantic sandworms are intimately linked to the planet and to Fremen culture: learning to ride them is, in particular, an essential demonstration of mastery over the desert.
This POP! Moments figure thus links Paul to one of the saga’s most recognisable symbols: the sandworm, a monumental creature of Arrakis whose presence is inseparable from the desert and the Spice. The scene visually encapsulates Paul’s evolution from heir to House Atreides to a figure deeply intertwined with the fate of the Fremen and Arrakis.
