DRAGON BALL Z - Super Saiyan 3 Son Goku - Figure S.H. Figuarts 15cm

This high-end articulated action figure from Bandai Tamashii Nations’ prestigious S.H. Figuarts range captures one of the most memorable transformations in the saga: Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 form.

The figure stands approximately 15.5 cm tall, adhering to the collection’s standard scale to blend seamlessly into your battle scenes. The result of a brand-new sculpting technique, the figure features a highly sophisticated and discreet articulation system that allows for a wide range of dynamic and iconic poses without compromising the Saiyan warrior’s muscular silhouette. The design faithfully recreates his legendary appearance, characterised by a monumental, textured golden mane of hair that falls to his calves, his orange combat dogi and the complete absence of eyebrows typical of this form. Crafted from PVC plastic, this exceptional piece includes a full arsenal of interchangeable accessories, including five pairs of hands, three faces with varied expressions and its own customised display stand.

This collector’s item is primarily aimed at die-hard fans of Akira Toriyama’s work and enthusiasts of high-end articulated figures, and blends perfectly with the brand’s ‘aura’ effects. The item is presented in its original protective display box.

Super Saiyan 3 is the culmination of the intensive training Son Goku undertook in the Afterlife after sacrificing himself during the Cell Games. Revealed for the first time to everyone’s surprise during his battle against the fearsome Majin Buu on Earth, this form pushes Saiyan genetic potential to its absolute limits, unleashing spiritual power (Ki) of an intensity never before seen. It is characterised by a radical physical transformation in which the accumulated energy causes his golden hair to grow to enormous lengths and alters his facial features, giving him a primal, ferocious appearance. However, this physical supremacy comes with a major drawback: Super Saiyan 3 consumes such a phenomenal amount of energy that it very quickly depletes Goku’s time among the living and exhausts his body to the point of making the transformation unstable during prolonged battles, making this state a formidable double-edged sword.
