Origin and background of the character
Son Gohan is the eldest son of the protagonist Son Goku and Chichi, from the global Dragon Ball saga created by Akira Toriyama. Endowed with extraordinary latent fighting potential that often surpasses that of pure-blooded Saiyans from a very young age, he nevertheless prefers the gentleness of study to the brutality of war, aspiring to become a great scientist. From his memorable battle against Cell to his training at Orange Star High School during the Majin Buu era, Gohan faces numerous trials in which he must learn to channel his anger to protect Earth and his loved ones. Banpresto’s “Ichibansho” sub-category is acclaimed worldwide by discerning collectors for its exceptional level of finish, its rigorous anatomical accuracy and the meticulous detail of its craftsmanship. This 16 cm figurine captures his facial features and the intricate details of his clothing with surgical precision, establishing itself as an essential centrepiece to enhance your display cabinet.
